Food Goal for Tomorrow
BREAKFAST
Breakfast burrito
1 tortilla
1 egg
½ cup chopped veggies
½ oz. cheese

1 cup orange juice

I slice whole grain toast


SCHOOL SNACK
1 oz mixed nuts

LUNCH
Peanut butter sandwich
2 slices whole grain bread
1 T peanut butter

½ cup mixed fruit cup, no sugar added

1 cup skim milk in carton

AFTER SCHOOL SNACK
½ cup peaches, ½ cup cottage cheese mixed

DINNER
3 oz grilled chicken

1 large baked sweet potato

1 oz whole grain dinner roll

1 cup fat free milk

SNACK BEFORE BED
1 cup carrots and celery with fat free dip



Activity Goal for Tomorrow
Tomorrow I will go to soccer practice for 45 minutes. I will also play outside with my friends from the neighborhood after dinner for at least an hour.
